Ngans ("we", "us") provides a conversational research interface over public and licensed market information covering the United States, Hong Kong, and China markets. Answers are generated by language models and are grounded in retrieved source material that is cited alongside each answer.
Using Ngans does not create an adviser–client, broker–client, or fiduciary relationship. We do not assess your objectives, financial circumstances, risk tolerance, or suitability, and our output must not be treated as a personal recommendation. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction before acting.
Ngans excludes order execution entirely. No brokerage, order-routing, or trade-placement functionality is offered.
Market data is delayed. Delay, provider, and retrieval timestamp are labeled on each answer that presents market data. Data may be incomplete, stale, revised, or wrong. Model output may contain errors, including confident-sounding errors. We provide no warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose, and you must verify anything you intend to rely on against the primary source.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must not:
Ngans is metered by token usage against a pre-paid credit balance. Credits do not expire. Usage is charged from measured provider token counts and recorded in an append-only ledger visible in your account.
Card details are handled by our payment processor. We do not store card numbers.
Ngans is provided on an as-available basis and may change, degrade, or be suspended, including for maintenance or capacity limits. We may modify these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continuing to use Ngans after a change means you accept the revised terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ngans is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on its output. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the credit amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time; unused credits are handled under section 5. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create legal or operational risk.
